Meet Kessley Hales. She was born on March, 7th 2013 to Kristi Hales and her husband Mike Hales who works for the Holly Springs Police Department. Kessley was diagnosed with severe H.I.E (brain damage cause by lack of oxygen), spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy, moderate hearing loss, severe developmental delay, speech apraxia, epilepsy, and several eye issues but no vision issues.
She was Cherokee County’s March of Dimes Ambassador for 2014. Kessley’s Keepers was the name of her team.
This is FRC Team 6341 Etowah Electric Eagles’ second project. The team finished this project within a month because Kessley was scheduled for hip surgery on April 26 and will be in a cast for 8 weeks. We want to give this to her a month early so that she could enjoy it.
